Teenagers can truly transform in our week-long day camps. We build knowledge, skills, and abilities very differently from your typical PE class. If you are concerned about your child hating exercise, loving junk food, and living in front of screens, we can help. Our goal is not only to make a difference in their fitness, but more importantly, in their attitude and appreciation of a healthy lifestyle. Your youth will enjoy strength training while building confidence. Yoga, flexibility, and balance training will teach stress management, agility, and coordination.Our nutrition education teaches youth about their body, how it works, and how to fuel it with healthier choices they love. Building good habits and having fun while exercising are paramount. They will also learn physical and verbal self-defense in a non-threatening environment. Camps are for grades 7-12. Limit 16, with a max 8:1 ratio. StrongTeens Health Camps run 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday during school breaks. Cost: $175.
