Join Chef John Park of Toast Kitchen + Bakery as he takes part in this year’s Pacific Wine & Food Classic at the Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort! On Saturday, August 17 and Sunday, August 18, guests at the event will enjoy a beautiful waterfront view as Chef Park and the best local chefs in Orange County serve up vibrant, summer-inspired cuisine. Chef Park will be in attendance on both days of the event where he’ll be preparing his Yuzu yogurt, peach compote, hibiscus gelee, and watermelon granita. While enjoying Chef Park’s tasty creation, guests may choose from a wide array of beer, wine, and craft cocktails to sip on and will listen to fun, upbeat tunes provided by DJ Mark Moreno.
