Boogie the night away to the beats of DJ Bo from Shanghai at rock’n’soul bar Midnight Rambler. Located in The Joule, the subterranean bar has DJs come in every weekend beginning at 9 p.m. to spin an array of music from classic rock to funk to blues so that locals can boogie until close at 2 a.m.
Dancers and imbibers can also sip on Midnight Rambler’s summer menu, Dark Tropical IV: Neo-Tropical Noir. It explores tropical flavors from around with world with cocktails like Chainmail Wetsuit (Officers Reserve London Dry Gin, French Dry Vermouth de Marseille, allspice leaf, quinine, absinthe, preserved Meyer lemon), Black Banana (black Jamaican rum, lime, banana), and Shark Fishing with Machine Guns (genever, nlue curacao, key lime, brut sparkling wine, absinthe chum).
