Guided Meditation - A weekly group meditation sitting guided by Bethany Axtman.
Join us for a half hour of mindfulness, a refuge of still and quiet in your week. Bethany will guide you in a meditation on a different theme each week, gently inviting you to cultivate your connection to your body and your center. Find a comfortable spot and tune in, video and audio participation is optional. Appropriate for beginning or experienced practitioners.

We are hosting a virtual gathering space, called InCider, through an online portal called zoom. At this time we are asking folks to donate $5-$100 per month in order to have access to all of our events. We will not turn anyone away!
