Join us virtually through our Finnriver InCider Space for a Women of Wisdom Story Forum with Katherine Baril and Katheleen Anne Kler. These women will be sharing stories of 'wisdom in action' with community Q & A.

Katherine Baril is a 34 year resident of Jefferson County. She directed the local Washington State University Program for 25 years. You probably know her or have seen her work around the community. Extension does 4H, Master Gardeners, the food and farm programs and community leadership development. She and her terrific staff developed the County’s first water quality programs. Katherine has specialized in natural resource management and economic development particularly the growth of the County’s food and farm economy and community leadership development. Katherine served on the first White House Sustainable Development Advisory Committee and the National Science Foundation Board. She has also been in voluntary isolation since February 25th, over a month, so she’ has been doing some reading. So what are we thinking? How do we surf that wave between isolation and being connected? Can we make this a time to make adjustments in our personal lives and also encourage a “reset” of our economy and ecology?

Since this sort of community involvement is new for a lot of us, THIS WEEK ONLY we will be publicly posting the zoom rooms so that everyone can get an idea of what to expect from the InCider Space. Starting next week, we will ask for a sliding scale ($5-$100) monthly membership donation in order to join our virtual events. You can view our weekly events and find out more about the InCider Space at https://www.finnriver.com/farm-music-event-calendar

To make a donation now and sign up to be an InCider member for the month, please follow this link and be sure to provide your email address:

If you have any ideas or would like to participate by hosting an event please contact Sarah Parry at Cidergarden@finnriver.com - Every month that you host an event, we will gift you that month's membership to the InCider space!

We anticipate a variety of technical kinks to work through over the weeks ahead and will strive to have a sense of humor as we sort through them.

All events are 'all-ages' unless otherwise specified and we ask for participants to agree to be kind, patient, 'family-friendly' and to support the intention of growing community. Thank you so much for continuing to be part of the Finnriver Community!
