If you are new or aspiring to oil painting, or just need a refresh, this is a direct approach to the items you'll need, without adding layers of unnecessary cost. We'll discuss paint, tool, surfaces and mediums. You can start a shopping list or gather up what you have to work alongside Kari. After she goes through some basic material use and technique, she'll do a couple small demo pieces showing both classical and modern painting traditions. We'll have a Q and A period, so bring your questions!
There are 6 openings available for a private 30-minute consultation (via Zoom) with Kari. The participant may email her some images of their work ahead of time. There is an additional $30 fee for this option.
