In celebration of the 10th annual WA Cider Week (Sept 10-20th), Nikki Panos and Northwest Cider Association present: Cheese & Cider For All, Round 2!
Nikki Panos is a knowledgeable and passionate cheesemonger and craft beverage professional based in the Pacific Northwest. You can find her online @tipsymonger and working behind the cheese counter at nationally recognized, Cheese Bar in Portland, OR.
Nikki loves demystifying the practice of pairing cheese and will guide participants through a delicious and educational sensory experience, teaming up three regional cheeses with three Washington ciders.
Pick up your supplies from your favorite, local artisanal grocer and tune in to taste along with Nikki during this complimentary, interactive class 4pm, September 19th on Zoom.

Cheeses: Maasdammer from Appel, Beechers Flagship Cheddar, Cascadia Creamery Sleeping Beauty (Cloud Cap could be a good alternative)
Ciders: Seattle Basil Mint Cider, Finnriver Farm & Cidery Farmstead Cider, Tieton Cider Works Apricot Cider
Set Up: Prepare for the dreamiest cheese and cider pairing experience by prepping yourself a cheese plate that includes crackers or bread to accompany the cheeses and refresh your palate. You’ll want to have water on hand and if you feel inspired go wild, creating a late summer picnic meal with accompanying veggies, fruit, nuts, charcuterie, olives, pickles and more… Include what you love and expand your pairing repertoire! This is the perfect experiential event to share with your pandemic pod for even more fun.
