Looking for a way to shed the COVID 15 brought on by months of baking sourdough bread while binge watching Netflix? Now is the time to start training for your next (virtual) run! Runner’s High at Long Beach Exchange is sponsoring a virtual 5K/10K Run (or walk) scheduled March 21st – 28th. This Habi-Dash is raising money and awareness for a great charity, Habitat for Humanity Greater Los Angeles, who build better futures for local families.

When you register for the event, you set your distance goal (5k or 10k), map out your personal course, and virtually complete your course any way you like (run, walk, hike) sometime from March 21st-28th. Invite your friends to support you, virtually, as you fundraise to further Habitat for Humanity’s commitment to a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Your $30 registration fee includes a Habi-Dash T-shirt, Runners Bib and Finishers Medal. Additionally, If you are one of the first 50 people to register, you will also receive a free pair of running sunglasses from Brooks Running. All participants must commit to raising a minimum of $250 and the participant who fundraises the most will receive a FREE Hypervolt Massage Gun and a free pair of shoes.
