The Hot Tomatoes (Bellingham, WA), are a collaboration between Hot House Jazz Band and Bellingham Circus Guild. They perform songs and singalongs inspired by waltzes, western swing, and notable jazz both Djanjo and hot! Opener Kat Hjelte is a Seattle-based singer/songwriter who will enchant you with the whimsical sound of ukelele, vocals and live-loopin!
Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and enjoy an afternoon of live music! Assemble on the sidewalk across the street (by Lowell Elementary School’s flag pole). The band will be performing for you from atop the Lowdown Ballroom garage terrace! The concert is FREE, but tips are gratefully accepted!
