You’re invited! Free People Movement at The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge invites you to join Chloe Kernaghan for a Morning Flow class with a gorgeous cityscape view! This class will bring you the jump-start you need to begin your day feeling refreshed and already-accomplished.
On Friday, January 28, kick off your Friday with an hour-long meditative session from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., just in time to catch the end of sunrise. This relaxing practice takes place on the outdoor terrace and includes a mix of asana breath work and brief meditation with a blend of movements and positions allowing you to feel strong in your physical form. This is open to guests of all fitness levels and modifications and variations will be offered. Don’t forget to tag @fpmovement in your post workout selfie, and head to the Free People store after class to shop the new collection!
