The benefits of mindfulness are vast and interrelated. Helping individuals become more aware – emotionally, physically, mentally and socially, mindfulness enhances our ability to experience greater contentment and joy, while also enabling us with the skills to self-regulate in the face of stress and adversity. Evidence shows increases in concentration and patience, decision-making skills, memory, sleep and immune functioning, among many other benefits.
These workshops offer tools for how to cope with stress by regulating mind, body and emotions. Connect more fully to your senses – smelling, seeing, hearing, taste & touch. Make space to engage more fully with life while learning together in community.
