Artists were asked to share art that represents the resilience that their art practice has cultivated in them and any art that reflects their notions of resistance in a time of great political upheaval and social injustice. The two generative concepts are often entangled.

How does art help us find a way forward?

Allies and lovers of beauty, consider showing love and showering dollars on these artists as your sign of support for this infrequently seen creative community from the heart of Jefferson County.

Find transformative books by Velda Thomas and Oceana Sawyer, soulful records by Grace Love, wondrous jewelry by Azurite Nunray, inspired visual art and beadwork by Naiome Krienke of the Chemakum and Jamestown S'Klallam tribes, finely-crafted leather goods and western saddlery by Jose Santana, abstract and innovative visuals by Micah Wallace and luscious mixed media by Adrianna Santiago, intricate beadwork and embroidery by Sonia Gomez, place-based postcards and social justice prints by Rufina C. Garay, and a special table for young artists' imagination to abound.
