Join us for a Summer Solstice Celebration at Finnriver on Sunday June 25th, with a lively music line-up to celebrate the longest day of light—
1-2pm Anika Pearl, soulful singer-songwriter
2-5pm The Skolkis, traditional Scandinavian folk and more
6-8pm The Unexpected Brass Band— drums and horns of all shapes and sizes!
Midsommar is one of the largest celebrations in Sweden, when people gather with family, in villages, and so on. There is always music and dancing at that time. We’ll celebrate midsummer Chimacum-style with music, food and cider!
We will also be serving up some wonderful Finnriver foods including Dented Buoy Pizza from 12-8 pm and welcoming back Hama Hama Oysters with fresh and grilled oysters every Sunday from 12-6 pm. Cider flights and tap pours will be available from 11-9 pm.
Finnriver keeps our music events free and open to the public. To support the bands, we raise our draft pours by $1 during music events-- with added proceeds going to the musicians. Thanks for helping us celebrate the 'culture' in agriculture.
See you there!
