Jon Ellie and Matthew Shrader for an evening of sound bathing, a meditative experience where attendees are "bathed" in sound waves. These waves are produced by a variety of means, including healing instruments such as gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, shruti boxes, and even the human voice.
During the sound meditation, participants lie on their backs for the entire experience as Ellie and Matthew weave together sounds that tune the mind for healing. Participants report feeling more relaxed in mind and body, with improved sleep and an overall sense of wellbeing.
