Best Of Omaha winner Artisan Boards Of Omaha is excited to partner with Lauritzen Gardens for a charcuterie class.
Just in time for Mother's Day you will learn the basics of cheese selection, how to fold meat, make a meat rose, and learn about the different variety of cheeses as well as fun tidbits about charcuterie. You will be guided step by step as you create your own board to take home and enjoy (one board per registration). We hope you leave with the knowledge and confidence to create and design your own board. A custom-designed board will be provided for everyone to sample from. Join us for a great adventure in the world of charcuterie!
Washed Ashore: Art to Save the Sea is currently on exhibit. You’ll be assembling your charcuterie boards next to Chompers, the Tiger Shark and will have time to tour the full exhibit during your class.
$100, $85 for garden members. Pre-registration is required.
