Through the Wall is a partnership program between Northwind Arts Center and The Boiler Room. Through the Wall provides free visual art instruction to clientele of The Boiler Room. The program fosters a collaborative relationship between Northwind and The Boiler Room as neighbors in the community, through our adjoining wall, and supports young and emerging visual artists.
