Larger-than-life blues star Rick Estrin has piloted the wildly fun and musically fearless Rick Estrin & The Nightcats for the last decade, touring the world and proving night after night why they won 2018 & 2021 Blues Music Award for Band Of The Year and are nominated in six categories in 2025 (Band of the Year, Entertainer of the Year, Harmonica Player of the Year, Drummer of the Year, Guitar Player of the Year and Album of the Year).
Singer/songwriter/harmonica player Rick Estrin, who has been called a combination of jive-talking carnival side-show hustler and world class musician is the most colorful and entertaining showman around. Dressed in forties hipster-style sharkskin suits, white shoes, and hair in a pompadour, he and his band Rick Estrin & The Nightcats have released their latest album, "The Hits Keep Coming,” on Alligator Records to fantastic reviews. “The Hits Keep Coming,” has been nominated for “Album of the Year” by the Blues Foundation and has held its spot in the top 10 for nearly a year since its release.

The limitless combined talents of blues harmonica virtuoso and sly, soulful singer Estrin, guitar mastermind Kid Andersen, keyboard wizard Lorenzo Farrell and endlessly creative drummer Derrick “D’Mar” Martin take Estrin’s inventive, original songs to new and unexpected places. On stage, the band’s ability to deliver an unpredictable, no-holds-barred show is unmatched.
