Meals are available for pre-sale with staggered service times: 5pm, 5:20, 5:40, 6pm, 6:20, 6:40. Please select your pick-up time with your ticket purchase (link below).
A little history:
Curry goat is Jamaica's most popular dish. While the origins of curry goat is unknown, it is assumed that the East Indians who came to the island as indentured workers from 1842 onwards brought curries and used the curry method to produce a delish dish.
Curry Goat Chef Notes:
The curry goat dish is made with fresh goat meat from a farm in Olympia, WA. It was butchered by Natalie's good friend and Jamaican native Tevin Campbell who owns a food truck called Jerk N Tingz in Olympia, WA. The goat is seasoned and marinated overnight in a curry blend of turmeric, allspice, paprika, cardamom, garlic, fenugreek, black pepper, along with thyme, onions, and scallions. It is then prepared using the braising technique, where it is cooked to a low simmer until the meat is tender and soaking in its own delicious gravy.
