Celebrate the Best of Fall at the 2024 Olympic Peninsula Apple & Cider Festival!
Olympic Peninsula, WA – The Olympic Peninsula Apple & Cider Festival returns for its eighth year, bringing the vibrant traditions of apple harvesting and cider making to life from October 10-13, 2024. Hosted by The Production Alliance, this annual agritourism event has become a must-attend celebration in the Pacific Northwest, showcasing the region's rich agricultural heritage and the people who make it all happen.
Established in 2016, the Olympic Peninsula Apple & Cider Festival connects locals and visitors to the bountiful harvest of Washington’s state symbol—the apple. This festival has quickly become a beloved tradition in the Northwest, known for celebrating our farmers, cider makers, and artisans.
“This festival is all about community,” says Danny Milholland, Director of Operations at The Production Alliance. “It’s a time for us to come together, celebrate the hard work of our local farmers, cider makers, and artisans, and share the fruits of our labor with friends and neighbors.”
A Community Harvest Celebration
The Olympic Peninsula Apple & Cider Festival offers a diverse lineup of free and ticketed events, making it an inclusive gathering for all ages. The four-day celebration features everything from orchard tours and cider tastings to live music and farm-to-table meals, each event highlighting the deep connection between the land, the people, and the season.
Festival highlights include:
Harvest Dinner & Cider Brunch: Indulge in farm-fresh meals paired with handcrafted ciders.
Cider Saloon: Sample over 30 regional ciders in a festive, lively setting.
Finnriver Apple Day: Celebrate the apple harvest with music, cider, crafts, tours, and more!
Live Music & Entertainment: Enjoy performances across multiple venues.
On-Site Tours & Tastings: Visit local breweries, cideries, farms, and wineries to see where the magic happens.
This year’s festival will also feature expanded offerings, including more youth and family-friendly activities, non-alcoholic tasting options like apple flights, and local art inspired by the apple. Plus, with the Olympic Peninsula Apple & Cider Festival coinciding with the Dungeness Crab & Seafood Festival, attendees are invited to enjoy a culinary celebration along scenic Highway 101, experiencing the best of the region's flavors and hospitality.
