Jefferson County NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is offering a free 12-week class, Family to Family. This is an educational course for family, caregivers, and friends of individuals living with mental illness. This taught by a trained facilitator, and teaches the knowledge and skills family members and loved ones need to cope more effectively. Many describe the impact of this class as life-changing.
