Join La Cocina at Finnriver Farm and Cidery on Sunday, January 19, 2025 from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM for their Corn Tortilla & Nixtamal Cooking Class!

La Cocina will be hosting a workshop in the Finnriver Hay Barn where students will be able to watch Chef Lissette Garay prepare locally grown whole corn through the nixtamalization process to make fresh corn tortillas from their farm grown this year and then also practice with one on one assistance and be taught all of the best tips and tricks for making the best corn tortillas at home.
