Join Nature’s Bakery for a special Mom (or Dad!) + Me yoga class at Mountain Yoga Sandy, designed for parents and kids ages 3 and up. This one-hour session is free with registration and will be held in a spacious studio, where you can enjoy a fun and relaxing yoga experience with your little one, led by a skilled instructor.
