PTSA Downtown Gallery 236 Taylor St., Port Townsend, WA 98368 (map)

Chuck Moses will facilitate this interactive salon approach to understanding and discovering styles of photography. This series will concentrate on artists who interpret location with extraordinary and distinctive insight. Each week's salon will include a brief historical review of images that created and define a genre. This is not a lecture class.

Discussion will be encouraged after each presentation of images to cultivate an appreciation and discovery of how powerful photography is. Specific photographers will be highlighted: Manuel Bravo, Edward Weston, Boubat, Ralph Gibson, Minor White, Bill Owens, William Eggleston & Sally Mann.
