A four-hour detailed exploration of equipment needs for producing cider from the homestead scale to the small production facility. Tanks, pumps, hoses, filtration options, pasteurization, bottle choices, temperature control and more, taught by Finnriver Farm and Cider's Andrew Byers. Students are greatly encouraged to take the all-day "Cider-Making for Home and Home Farm" course offered the previous day, though not a requirement.
