Join us at the Finnriver Orchard and enjoy our 'Live Music on the Land' series. On Saturday, October 13th we are pleased to host Molo Band at our Cider Garden located on a historic dairy farm in the Chimacum valley.
Molo has been playing Jazz in Western Washington for decades with Ranger and the Re-Arrangers, Stingology and Francesco Crosara. John Willett, the band leader, Rhythm guitar and vocals, writes most of their music. Their music is up tempo and beat driven on the Jazz/Swing side of composition. It is also Wooden Boat Festival time; so Trevor Hanson, lead guitar, will have a few old “Sea Shanties” to share with the crowd.
Enjoy farmcrafted cider tastings, flights, draft pours and apple brandy cocktails at the tasting room and cider garden from 12-9 pm. *Tastings end at 5pm. Plan your visit here.
Food offerings include a range of locally sourced picnic items as well as the following food vendors:
- Finnriver house-made local bratwurst & salads from 12-8pm
- Dented Buoy Pizza from 12-8pm
- La crepe de Quimper crepe cart from 2-8pm
- Fiddlehead Creamy Vegan Ice-cream
Finnriver keeps our music events free and open to the public. To support our live music program, we raise our draft pours by $1 during music events. All funds used to pay musicians! Thanks for helping us celebrate the 'culture' in agriculture.
Our events are family-friendly. No smoking, no outside food or alcohol, and no dogs please.
We hope to see you here!
