Join us at the Hydro Bar & Grill in downtown Calistoga on Wednesday, October 17th for an authentic 1869 dinner as we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Sharpsteen Museum. We're being transported back in time to a historic dinner party just like Sam Brannan would have enjoyed at his Hot Springs Resort. The evening starts at 5:30 with passed appetizers and no-host cocktails or a delightful Calistoga Punch. Dinner will include whole-hind ‘hanging’ beef - carved to order, roast pork with spiced plum compote, a medley of fall vegetables, scalloped potatoes, pickled fennel relish and a pound cake dessert topped with brandy-soaked blackberries and whipped cream. Wine included with dinner. Guests will also enjoy a special appearance by Sam Brannan and his wife, Ann Eliza. So don't miss out, It's sure to be a fun evening.
