DESCRIPTION:Life as women is messy..... Life as a woman with ADHD can 
 be even messier to say the least.. Sparking deep feelings of disempowe
 rment\,\n\nAre you tired from the constant feeling of not being good e
 nough no matter how hard you keep trying?\nHave you spent all your lif
 e apologizing? You keep holding yourself back from opportunities to av
 oid being a disappointment?\nDo you find yourself consistently frustra
 ted by tasks that seem effortless for others but leave you feeling dra
 ined?\nIs your life a repetitive firefighting mode\, you find yourself
  overwhelmed\, panicked through the day and can't complete all the tas
 ks as planned?\nOverwhelmed Mom syndrome\, you keep trying all the sug
 gested parenting advice and exhausted by parenting tips that seem to w
 ork for all other parents but you??\nAre you that person who is always
  running late\, rescheduling\, or canceling at the last minute?\nAre y
 ou working overnight the day before the deadline thinking "If I can cr
 eate the perfect presentation\, no one will notice I did it the last m
 inute?"\n\nYou can turn things around \;  life can bring more rewardi
 ng without always having to try so hard. Most Important you are not al
 one and you are not the odd ball. \nThe goal of this program is to he
 lp you in reframing your mindset to embrace strength-based thinking\, 
 fostering resilience\, and gaining insights into how your brain functi
 ons. Learn how to set yourself up for success by creating a supportive
  environment conducive to your growth and development.\nWhat Makes Thi
 s Program Beneficial?\nBy the end of the program participants will hav
 e acquired the knowledge regarding how to\n\nUnderstand and reflect on
  how ADHD impacts their unique experience\nIdentify and celebrate thei
 r abilities and strengths.\nDevelop self-compassion and sustainable se
 lf-care practices.\nAcquire tools for managing emotional dysregulation
  and cultivating new healthy habits\nCreate ADHD-Friendly systems to i
 mprove daily life and executive functioning.\nEstablish a support netw
 ork and connection with other incredible women with ADHD\n\nProgram De
 tails:\n10 weekly group sessions\, each 2 hours (Some sessions duratio
 n may extend over time depending on the participants needs)\n\nGroup A
 ctivities and assessments\nThree 1:1 alignment sessions\n7 Optional At
 tendance 45-minute accountability sessions "Body Doubling Support"\, T
 hese sessions create a focused environment where participants can work
  on their tasks alongside others\, fostering motivation and accountabi
 lity.\n\nSchedule Program Dates and Time - Session Time Thursdays 6 PM
