 pulations. Each artist addresses an illness common among older adults
 —such as heart disease\, diabetes\, or COPD—translating medical th
 emes into visual expression.\nThe exhibition runs May 9–31\,  9 a.m
 . – 7 p.m.\, Monday through Sunday at the Janette Kennedy Gallery at
  1409 Botham Jean Blvd #105\, Dallas\, TX 75215. The Artist's Receptio
 n takes place on Sunday\, May 31 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. \nThe exhibit
  is a collaboration between TWU art and nursing students\, guided by p
 rofessors Dr. Aaron Loeb (TWU Houston) and Giovanni Valderas (TWU Dent
 on).
