 ovement\, connection and joyful longevity\, this free\, family-friendl
 y celebration will spotlight the power of staying active\, engaged and
  stylish at every stage of life.\n \nBeloved The Young and the Restl
 ess star Kate Linder will emcee the afternoon\, setting the tone fo
 r a feel-good festival packed with live performances by John Nevitt 
 and Houston’s blues sensation Diunna Greenleaf. DJ Diva Beats wil
 l keep the momentum going in the intergenerational dance zone\, spinni
 ng crowd favorites that invite guests of all ages to move their bodies
 . The Houston Ballet will also offer a class in Dance2Thrive at the ev
 ent.\n \nFrom mindful movement to playful competition\, attendees can
  flex their fun with activities on the Hagstette Family Putting Green\
 , Carruth Foundation Bocce Ball\, Trini’s Shuffleboard Court and Bin
 go on the Jones Lawn. Guests can energize their spirits during Hula Ho
 op sessions led by Mad About Hoops and experience Fusion Movements —
  an uplifting blend of yoga\, Tai Chi and dance designed to strengthen

 ts and interactive experiences will capture the day’s contagious ene
 rgy.\n \nThe wellness inspiration continues with cutting-edge health 
 talks from leading experts\, including Dr. Anay Patel\, orthopedic su
 rgeon with Texas Orthopedic Hospital\, Dr. Christina Paruthi\, board-
 certified cardiologist with St. Luke’s Health\, and business perform
 ance coach Jon Purpura of Elevate Advisory\, who will share insights
  on optimizing physical health\, resilience and purpose-driven living.

  by Lenny Matuszewski\, celebrating confidence\, self-expression and
