 community partnerships that have shaped Bayside’s work. The mileston
 e also highlights the continuing challenge of homelessness and housing
  affordability in Jefferson County—and the work still ahead.  Commu
 nity members are invited to attend Bayside’s 10th Anniversary Recept
 ion at The Old Alcohol Plant Inn in Port Hadlock on Thursday April 16\
