 m at Northwind Art's Jeanette Best Gallery\, 701 Water St. An array of
  creations share the spacious gallery — from artists including atmos
 pheric painter Jeanne Toal\, photographer Kerry Tremain\, mosaic tile 
 artist Aleta Anderson\, silversmith Sarah Calautti and landscape paint
 er Linda Tilley\, all of Port Townsend. The gallery is open 12 noon to
  5 p.m. Thursdays through Mondays\, always free and open to the public
