 College and is certified in mediation\, family mediation\, and multi-p
 arty mediation through The Dispute Resolution Center (with certificati
 ons recognized by Resolution Washington).\nA practicing mediator since
  2020\, Ash has helped settle a wide array of cases - from parenting p
 lan disputes\, to workplace conflicts\, and beyond. Formerly Ash was t
 he Volunteer Manager and a Trainer at The Dispute Resolution Center\, 
 where they continue to volunteer support in the development of new med
 iators and help build effective conflict resolution skills within the
