 ula. This talk will explore the how and why behind the Salmon Coalitio
 n's work\, focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities for sal
 mon recovery in our community. What are the biggest challenges salmon 
 in our region face? How is the Salmon Coalition working with the commu
 nity to change to outlook for local salmon populations? Learn about lo
 cal restoration work and its impact for salmon\, our ecosystems\, and

 enter on October 28th at 3PM.\nLindsay McCord is the Community Engagem
 ent Manager for the North Olympic Salmon Coalition. Lindsay has been w
 orking in the environmental field as an educator and science communica
 tor for over a decade\, working with people\, young and old\, to inspi
 re a connection and sense of stewardship for the world around us. Thro
 ugh her role at the Salmon Coalition\, she works to engage community m
 embers of all ages in salmon restoration work through hands on restora
 tion work and local learning opportunities. Outside of work\, Lindsay 
 enjoys growing food\, feeding people\, and finding awe and beauty in o
