360 Clinic, a comprehensive network of community-based health care providers, has established COVID-19 super-site testing centers around OC that are designed for everyone – offering ease of access, rapid results, and humane-centered care.
The cost-free testing (yes, you read that right) can be accessed conveniently by making an appointment through the 360 Clinic website here. Simply register online, complete a short online health questionnaire using the secure platform, and schedule a drive-thru or walk-up testing appointment at one of the 12 available locations (2 testing super-sites and 10 testing kiosks.)

Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you to the appointment:
Government ID: A valid picture ID with address
Cell Phone: For communication during the test and listening to & following instructions.
Insurance Card: After registration, your details will be validated and a photo with your insurance ID will be taken. *You will not be charged without insurance.
Upon arrival at your registered appointment time, patients will be greeted by a member of the 360 Clinic team who will provide instructions on how to collect your own sample. Please note that testing is prioritized for people with symptoms of COVID-19 or who have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19, workers and residents of congregate settings, and other essential workers.
After testing, results are delivered on average within 48 hours to patients directly via a secure, HIPAA compliant system, by your selected communication preference – either text or email. In the case of a positive result, the patient can expect a 360 Clinic provider to follow up within 24 hours following results to address any & all concerns during a personalized Telemedicine Consultation session.
