Join us in this discussion of the Yoga Sutras highlighting Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga or “The Eight Limbs.”
Whether you’re new to the practice or you’re able to recite each limb and definition, consistent and continuous study only strengthens our understanding of this philosophy and our ability to incorporate it into our own lives. It’s within our nature as humans to seek a state of bliss, inner peace, and happiness. Let’s discuss the ways in which our yoga practice can help guide us there.Bring your journal and something to write with and wear comfortable clothing as we sit together in community. This workshop will provide 2 Hours of CE with Yoga Alliance.
About your teacher:
Vernette V Ayers is a teacher, writer, life coach, and the author of The Healing Journey: A Guide to Self-Discovery. V guides those seeking a better quality of life through the philosophy and practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, Pranayama, Meditation, and the physical yoga method of Ashtanga. She promotes an intuitive and highly individualized approach to health and wellness through daily practices that support self-healing. V’s passion for empowering others to develop their unknown potential and live their best life is at the core of every class, workshop, conversation, and piece of writing she facilitates and produces.
V is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP
