Travel to Northwest beaches, deep woods, waterfalls and other enchanted places via this exhibition of 58 plein air paintings. This show is a tribute to the late Kathy Francis of Port Townsend, who started a plein air painting group called "Weather or Not," in which she and artist friends went out to paint in sun, wind and even rain. In this new exhibition, 26 artists from across the Northwest show their on-site paintings.
