Reading ToGather — Monthly reading on the farm!
All Readers invited!
Bring your own book and gather with other readers at Finnriver on the fourth Thursdays, from 6-7:30pm, for reading space with camaraderie and community. Folks will sit, read their books, eat, drink and enjoy the sound of pages turning and quiet conversation. *Portable booklights might be useful.
This is not a ‘book club’ but a chance to enjoy your own book in the company of others. The first half hour, from 6:00-6:30, will be Quiet Reading Time. After 6:30, folks will be invited to quietly discuss reading selections with each other, with as much or as little interaction as you desire.
Want to swap books? Bring a pile of your old books for a BOOK SWAP table. Bring a book to give, take a different book home. Bring 3 books, take 3 home...A chance to give and receive the joy of reading something wonderful!
