An all-new exhibition by Port Townsend painter Jeanne Toal and Whidbey Island sculptor Jan Hoy is on view at Northwind Art's spacious downtown gallery. In this show, you'll see more than 30 works, including Hoy's "Continuous Rhythm" and "Crescent Lock" and Toal's "Presence" and "The Light Insists."
