In this workshop open to teens (15+) and adults, you get to choose a poem from a collection by regional poets, and respond to it visually. Teaching artist Meg Kaczyk is your guide as you explore various art mediums, such as drawing, painting, collage, typography — your choice. Then the participants in this class can have their artwork displayed at Northwind Art's Jeanette Best Gallery in downtown Port Townsend during National Poetry Month in April. All levels are welcome and advance signup is strongly advised.
