Learn how to prepare tamales for the Holiday Season lead by Chef Lissette Garay.
Each student will assemble 4 tamales (Pork, or Vegetable) *all gluten free*.
Each student will be provided with 1 Finnriver Drink Token, Chips & Salsa and a Tamale to snack on during the class. Non-alcoholic substitutes available.
