A free family-friendly trick-or treating event hosted by the City of Lake Stevens. Rain or shine, the community will enjoy trick or treating with community groups and businesses, Touch-A-Truck (no vehicle sirens 4 – 5 PM), themed crafts and activities, food and beverages available for purchase...and so much more!
