Also known as “forest bathing” or shinrin-yoku, this is a type of nature therapy that immerses your senses, slows down your mind and body, and helps you feel connected with the forest life around you. This hour-long guided session in the woodland trail will allow you to unplug from technology and bring you into the present moment. Take this time to unwind from your work week and feel refreshed and relaxed by deepening your relationship with nature. Pre-registration is required. $15, $10 for members.
