Ralph, the owner of Moonlight Oyster Company, will be shucking and serving the oysters that he raises in the clear waters of Marrowstone Island.

Ralph’s work as an oyster farmer is a culmination of his experiences around the world and locally as an advocate for coastal communities and ocean health. “When I became an oyster farmer it solidified my role in cultivating interdependence between society and environment.”
