The MIX Restaurant, located inside the Hilton Anaheim, offers a luxury dining experience to both travelers and Anaheim residents. This February, MIX is celebrating the season of love with a special Valentine’s Day menu and limited-time Molten Fudge Cake.

On February 14th, 2024 from 5-10 PM, you can enjoy MIX’s original Valentine’s Day menu curated by Executive Chef Juan Lopez, who specializes in food flavors, techniques and styles that highlight his diverse culinary background. The menu includes a variety of unique and excellent dishes for everyone to enjoy! Some menu items guests can expect to see include:

• Pan Seared “Naked Scallops” with blood orange emulsion and saffron cauliflower puree
• 16 oz Herb Crusted New York Steak with charred corn, potato hash, asparagus, and roasted red pepper coulis
• Amore dessert is a strawberry delight of chocolate cremeux, mousse, sable breton, strawberry chips, and strawberry compote

Additionally, MIX Restaurant and MIX Lounge are offering a limited-time chocolate dessert for Chocolate Lover’s Month, all February long, that's guaranteed to make guests fall in love. The Molten Fudge Cake is made with a gooey chocolate lava center and served with a warm caramel drizzle.
