The next Port Townsend Community Dance will take place on May 18th at 7:30 at Quimper Grange (1219 Corona, in Port Townsend)! Doors open at 7:15. Port Townsend's Bobbi Nikles, Jere Canote and Jack Dwyer will be serving up delightful dance tunes. Our caller is the wonderful Susan Michaels of Vashon Island. Expect a mixture of traditional Appalachian squares, active squares, reels, circles, mixers and contras. All dances will be taught; beginners and experienced dancers are welcome. Come on your own, with a partner, with the family, or the whole village. All ages encouraged. Please bring your own water bottle! And, if possible, arrive on foot or by bicycle!
