In this drawing workshop, we will delve into the world of human anatomy and proportion, and how to interpret it in your artwork. The human body is a wonder of symmetry and grace, and is really not that complicated to draw once you know the formula. Teaching artist Nonie Gaines will show you step-by-step procedures in basic anatomical proportion, relativity, masculine and feminine, and how to translate correct proportion into gesture.

This class is appropriate for those just beginning to draw as well as more advanced artists. All supplies will be provided with the materials fee, although students are welcome to bring their own pencils, erasers, sharpeners, sketch books, etc., if desired.
