Noticing your stress levels rise? Wish you could feel better? Want to learn some ways to lower your perception of stress that you can do any time of the day or night? If you said yes to any of these questions, then we here at Blue Heart Studio welcome you! It’s where the weary come to rest.

It’s hard to lower your stress if you don’t know how. It’s just as hard to try something you heard about in the heat of the moment if you have no experience with it in a relaxed environment. This class will teach you proven techniques that work to calm your nervous system and restore you to equilibrium.

This 90 minute instruction will consist of gentle yoga moves, self massage tips, restorative poses, and most importantly, breathing techniques that genuinely reduce stress in the body and mind.

This is an act of self love and self care that every person can benefit from. Must be able to get on/off the floor without assistance.

Bring your own mat, all other props provided by Blue Heart Studio.
