Our team will be hosting our largest tamale workshop in the Finnriver Hay Barn where students will be able to watch Chef Lissette Garay prepare handmade tamales and then practice with one on one assistance and be taught all of the best tips and tricks for making the best tamales at home.
Your ticket to the class will include:
• Class Demonstration and One-on-One Instruction on how to preparethe best handmade tamales,
• Two Cider (or non-alcoholic) Tokens per person to enjoy,
• Tamale Dinner Plate with Rice and Beans
• Live Music hosted by the Finnriver Team while you enjoy your tamale* plate.
