Assemblage, pinhole photography, beaded birds, oil pastels, jewelry and other art forms come together in Small Expressions, the 23rd annual exhibition at the Northwind Art gallery in downtown Port Townsend. Everything is 16 inches or under in any direction; come see what is possible in that framework. These are the exhibit's final days; it closes Monday, Jan. 6. *Pictured: Wild Mustang by Peter Koronakos.
Small Expressions brings together 28 artists from Port Townsend and Jefferson County; the rest are from Seattle and environs, Kitsap and Clallam counties plus two from Oregon. Anna Moore of Port Townsend's piece, "Glacier Rocks," is winner of the Jurors' Choice Prize from the three local artists who served as jurors. They are Northwind Art Exhibits Coordinator Jaiden Dokken; teaching artist Shannon Kidd and PT Creative District manager Mitzi Jo Gordon.
