La Cocina's team will be hosting a workshop in the Finnriver Hay Barn where students will be able to watch Chef Lissette Garay prepare their La Cocina Mole Sauce and then also practice with one on one assistance and be taught all of the best tips and tricks for making the best mole sauce at home.

Your ticket to the class will include:
Class Demonstration and One on One Instruction
